Walking slowly ?

hi guys, today i joined the server and i noticed that my character is moving very slow.
I think some bug enabled the ''walk'' mode (capslock button).
Now when i press capslock, it walks on normal speed. i tried to turn the settings to default and reinstall the game but its still the same.
Its very annoying to hold the capslock button all the time when playing so i need some help to fix this
anyone?

Umm there should be "Always run" in Options>Game
