Updates of server.

Hey guys,
theres some list what i have done and what i'm planning,
1.Added new maps(adding more in future)
2.Doublejump enabled so theres ur job to look people not wj
3.Made NoDownload to beginners.
4.in future i'm enabling adrenaline.

maybe rename bots with the |9mm|tag ? I just renamed them all. it's looks quite good if you ask me. (but hey, who asks me?!)
